Our body and mind are not two and not one. If you think your body and mind are two, that is wrong. If you think that they are one, that is also wrong. Our body and mind are both two and one.”

~ Shunryu Suzuki, Zen Mind, Beginner’s Mind

The Mind of Health blog has one key objective: To shed light for clinicians (GPs, psychiatrists, psychologists, pediatricians, nurses) and the general public with relevant and latest research relating to the effects of mental health on physical health and vice versa.

As most clinicians across the globe are becoming aware that the divide between mind and matter is often times arbitrary, the secondary objective is to help non-mental health professionals stay at the leading edge of behavioral science research, and to help them tease out the masquerades that manifest as physical symptoms, such as psychosomatic issues.

The mind is there to take care of its mind and its body. Subscribe to TMOH for not-so-frequent updates . (Note: I treat your confidentiality with upmost respect. No spams or sales gimmicks).
